This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by rp0ke ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and governs the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal data provided by or collected from users ("you", "your", "Player") of the rp0ke online gambling platform, accessible at rp0ke.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

Where you request deletion of your Personal Data and rp0ke is not under a legal obligation to retain it, we will action your deletion request within 30 calendar days. Where retention is legally required, we will restrict processing of your data to the minimum necessary to meet that obligation and will delete it as soon as the retention period expires.

2. Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data rp0ke holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected or updated. For certain data fields (such as your registered name or date of birth), identity verification documentation may be required before the correction is applied.
3. Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request that rp0ke delete your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (for consent-based processing), or where the data has been processed unlawfully. rp0ke operates a strict 21+ age restriction. The Platform is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect Personal Data from, persons under the age of 21. All registration flows include an age confirmation checkbox, and the KYC process requires submission of a government-issued identity document that confirms the Player's date of birth before withdrawal access is granted.

If rp0ke discovers or is notified that a person under 21 has created an Account and provided Personal Data, we will take the following immediate steps:

• Suspend the Account and freeze all associated balances pending investigation.
• Delete all Personal Data associated with the underage Account as soon as legally permissible, retaining only the minimum data necessary to facilitate the return of any deposited funds to the verified payment source.
• Return any real-money deposits to the source payment method. Any winnings generated by the underage Account will be forfeited.
• Permanently block the payment method and device identifiers associated with the underage Account to prevent re-registration.
