In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By completing the rp0ke account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all activity conducted through your Account, including but not limited to placing wagers on casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, slot gacor (high-RTP online slots popular in the Indonesian market), and any other product made available on the Platform.

rp0ke reserves the right to request written confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly in connection with identity verification, large withdrawals, or promotion claims.

To be eligible to register and use rp0ke, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. rp0ke strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law as it applies to you personally.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of rp0ke or any of its affiliated studios, payment processors, or technology partners.
5. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under any username or account identifier.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
7. You are of sound mind and are not registering under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information updated promptly if it changes.

rp0ke reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee permanent access to the Platform; access may be suspended or revoked in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. rp0ke will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account while your credentials are in use — whether or not authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility unless rp0ke is demonstrably at fault for a security breach on the Platform's own infrastructure.

rp0ke is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals exceeding the platform's standard threshold, and at any point where rp0ke reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — valid and unexpired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last 90 days, showing your current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered on your Account.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-volume players or unusually large deposits, rp0ke may request a written declaration of the legitimate source of the funds being deposited.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Continued non-compliance may result in Account closure. rp0ke processes and stores all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All deposits to your rp0ke Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is owned by a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

rp0ke accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above a platform-defined threshold may trigger enhanced due diligence under Clause 5. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion applied.

rp0ke does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which rp0ke accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the funds are confirmed received by rp0ke's payment infrastructure — typically within 30 seconds for e-wallets and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during peak WIB banking hours.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rp0ke Account. rp0ke does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 16:00 WIB on standard business days are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 15 minutes of approval
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks): Within 2 hours of approval during WIB business hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to rp0ke's standard security review. Withdrawals may be temporarily held where KYC documentation has not been fully verified, where unusual account activity has been flagged, or where the platform's fraud-detection systems identify patterns consistent with Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 10.

Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in the Bonus Funds portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

rp0ke does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard amounts. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside rp0ke's control and are not refundable by the Platform.

rp0ke offers a range of promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific Terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all rp0ke promotions unless a promotion's specific Terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific Terms.
2. All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Standard Wagering Requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
3. Wagering Requirements must be met within the expiry period stated on the promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.
4. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live table games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
5. rp0ke reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or providing false information during registration.
6. Players who have opted into self-exclusion or applied a deposit limit at the time a promotion is active are not eligible to claim that promotion.

All games available on the rp0ke Platform are subject to the rules of the respective game as implemented by the originating software studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and others). In the event of any conflict between rp0ke's general Terms and a studio's specific game rules, the studio's rules govern for that game.

rp0ke operates on certified random number generation (RNG) infrastructure independently audited for provable fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active wager, the following policy applies:

• If a round cannot be completed due to a Platform-side technical failure, the wager amount will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance within 24 hours.
• If a round was completed and the result was logged correctly in rp0ke's game history system, that result stands regardless of a subsequent display or connectivity issue on the Player's device.
• rp0ke accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, hardware faults, or software issues on the Player's own device or network.

The sportsbook accepts pre-match and in-play wagers on a wide range of sports markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (real-money and bonus), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession under any identity.
2. Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, date of birth, or using another person's identity or payment method.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another Player in a coordinated transfer of value.
5. Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by rp0ke.
6. Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing wagers designed to exploit pricing discrepancies in the sportsbook in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate wagering.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. rp0ke is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to its licensing authority.
8. Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was validly received and used on the Platform.
9. Abuse of Platform Staff: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward rp0ke's support or operational team in any communication channel.

rp0ke is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a pre-set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access to the Platform for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible within the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net wagering position.

rp0ke strictly enforces its 21+ policy. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

rp0ke reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension of the Account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under Clause 11.

Where an Account is closed by rp0ke for a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account after the deduction of any relevant bonus funds, void winnings, and investigation costs will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 business days, unless the balance is subject to a legal hold, fraud investigation, or chargeback dispute.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for reasons other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money Balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method.

All Intellectual Property on the rp0ke Platform — including the rp0ke brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rp0ke or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from rp0ke.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the rp0ke brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or domain names — without rp0ke's express written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of rp0ke's Intellectual Property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp0ke's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rp0ke expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, however caused.
• Losses arising from internet outages, server downtime, or maintenance windows that are outside rp0ke's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any game outcome, odds, or statistical information displayed on the Platform.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction — determining and settling any tax obligation on gambling winnings is your sole responsibility.

rp0ke collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and your ongoing use of the Platform — including your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment method details, and gameplay records — is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. rp0ke does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

rp0ke uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores sensitive personal data in encrypted form. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to rp0ke's legal obligations to retain certain records under its licensing requirements.

rp0ke reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rp0ke will provide notice via one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform homepage, an email to the address registered on your Account, or an in-platform notification on your next login.

Amendments take effect 14 calendar days after the notice date unless a shorter period is required by rp0ke's licensing authority or by applicable law, in which case the amendment takes effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and submit a voluntary Account closure request before the amendment's effective date. rp0ke will return your real-money Balance in full upon closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp0ke holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to rp0ke's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Support Contact: Submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute. rp0ke will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive written response within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with rp0ke's initial response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer within 14 days of receiving the initial response . rp0ke will provide a final written determination within 20 business days of the escalation request.
3. Step 3 — External Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents rp0ke from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its Intellectual Property or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
